🏢 Real-World Assets Explained

Real-World Assets

Real-world assets (RWAs) connect blockchain technology with tangible assets and businesses, bringing digital assets into real-world use cases.

How PX1 connects to real-world projects — what's actually built, what's planned, and what the project itself says about the timeline.

What Are Real-World Assets?

In Web3, "real-world assets" (RWA) means connecting blockchain tokens to tangible, off-chain value — businesses, property, revenue streams. The idea: instead of a token backed only by speculation, part of its ecosystem value comes from real economic activity.

Power X One is building this connection into the PX1 ecosystem. Here's what the project has described so far — and where things actually stand.

☕ PowerX One Coffee: The First RWA

The project identifies PowerX One Coffee as the first real-world asset behind PX1 — a physical café concept designed to generate revenue that connects back to the token ecosystem.

The project describes an independent audit of the café's financial results, with audited figures submitted on-chain. If the café generates net profit, the project says that profit would be distributed to PX1 holders according to a ratio approved by the DAO.

📍 Current status

According to the project's current materials, the coffee shop location is locked and the layout is in progress — with fit-out and licensing still ahead. In other words: the first RWA is in development, not yet operating. I'll update this page as the project publishes new milestones.

The Roadmap: Cafés → Restaurants → Hotels

The project's stated roadmap moves from cafés toward restaurants and hotels — expanding the real-world asset footprint over time. Each new asset is intended to add another revenue stream connected to the PX1 ecosystem.

Roadmaps describe intent, not guarantees. Timelines can shift, projects can change direction, and assets in planning are not assets in operation. Treat every future milestone as "planned" until the project confirms it's live.

What Exists Today vs. What's Planned

✅

Built / Documented Today

• Power X One wallet ecosystem
• PowerX Call MVP
• PX1 token ecosystem design
• PowerX One Coffee location identified
• Coffee shop layout in development

🔭

Still Ahead

• Café fit-out
• Licensing
• Opening the first location
• Operating revenue
• Audited operating results
• Any future profit distributions
• Additional restaurants and hotels

The distinction matters: a project can have a documented plan and meaningful progress without the final real-world asset being operational yet.

How This Connects to PX1

The RWA component is one piece of the broader PX1 tokenomics picture. The design intent:

• Real businesses are intended to generate real revenue
• The project describes sharing eligible net profits with PX1 holders through DAO-approved mechanisms
• Additional hospitality assets are intended to expand the ecosystem's real-world footprint

The important distinction: this is the project's stated design, not a guaranteed outcome. The first café isn't operating yet, and any future revenue sharing depends on the assets actually becoming operational and generating eligible profit.

Why I'm Watching This

What interests me most about the RWA component is the attempt to connect the digital ecosystem with actual businesses. That's what made me want to pay closer attention to Power X One. But I'm watching it the same way I'd want you to: tracking what's actually built versus what's announced. A locked location and a layout in progress is real progress — it's also not an open café. Both things are true, and this page will reflect both as the story develops.

⚠️ Important

Real-world asset development involves business, regulatory and execution risk. Nothing on this page is a promise that any asset will open, generate revenue, or distribute returns. Status information reflects the project's published materials as of October 2026. Nothing here is financial advice.
